Community Action Council’s Strategic Leadership Group (SLG) has general responsibility for identifying the needs of the low-income community. It assures the needs assessment process and systems (with the support and advice of other management groups), oversees implementation, and ensures that plans and goals are developed consistent with needs and issues identified by the comprehensive needs assessment process. The SLG’s primary role is to ensure that operations are aligned with the Strategic Plan.
